Superlearning is Brain Friendly Learning.
The methodological core of our teaching at SLL is a method
called Suggestopedia or Superlearning: this is learning
new information in a state of light relaxation accompaned
by Baroque or classical music. This new material is learned
passively 3 to 5 times faster than with traditional methodologies.
It is then activated by means of creative, interactive
learning techniques such as role play, NLP, music &
rhythm, art, Brain Gym, guided fantasy, visualization and
relaxation, mnemotechniques and mindmapping. The right and
the left brain hemisphere are equally activated and the
preferred learning style of each individual student is accounted
for.
You learn globally in a relaxed atmosphere with an emphasis
on teamwork. Learning barriers disappear. All of these elements
combine to create a sense of well-being and enjoyable learning.
